CapTel service is not yet available in Lousiana through the Telecommunications Relay Service. However, you may be eligble for a CapTel phone if you are an active Federal Employee. Learn More.
You can also get captions of your phone calls by using WebCapTel, which is available nationwide. With WebCapTel, you use your own telephone and then view captions of the call on your computer browser. The captions are sent over the Internet.
